Here at Crown Bedrooms we truly believe in quality!!  If there is a warranty issue the following items MUST be met, as the warranties are through the manufacturer not the retail stores.

Warranties

• Within the manufacturers warranty time limit.
• No sign of consumer abuse.
  • Mattresses: No stains or signs of any abuse
  • Furniture: No alterations or signs of abuse
• MUST have original purchase invoice.
• For mattresses, original invoice must show purchase of qualifying pad protector.

DEFECTS

• If there is any merchandise that is defective upon delivery, customer must contact the salesperson by the following day.

SPECIAL ORDERS

• Must be paid in full prior to being ordered.
• All Cancelled orders will be subject to a 35% Cancellation fee.
• Crown Bedrooms does not guarantee the time frame on any special order or inventory reorder.

Lay-Aways

• 20% non-refundable deposit is a required down payment for all layaway purchases.
• Any lay-away that is cancelled will receive a 100% in-store credit with amount paid on account.
• Customer must pay at least 10% of the balance each month, and due by the 25^th of each month until paid off.
• All merchandise purchased by lay-away must be paid off in full before delivery.
• All Lay away items must have at least one payment each month. If 90 day time limit lapses then Contract and / or invoice becomes null and void, and the total amount paid is non-refundable and / or no store credit will be given.

CHECK POLICY

• All returned checks will be subject to a $25.00 service fee.
